SA20: Sourav ganguly undertakes his first coaching assignment with pretoria capitals – CNBC tv18

Former India Skipper Sourav Ganguly has stepped into his first coaching assignment with the pretoria capitals, as confirmed by the sa20 franchise on Sunday.

Ganguly replaces jonathan trott in the role, whereas ex-south African all-rounder shaun pollock will serve as the southapaw’s deputy.

Ganguly, who retired from International Cricket in 2008, Transitioned from His Playing Career to Cricket Administration, Serving as President of the Board of the Board of Control for CRCCET (BCCI) in Indian from 2019 to 2022.

The former left-handed batter also previously served as a mentor for Indian premier league franchise delhi capitals.

The Bcci does not allow active players to sign for franchise-based leagues outside the count in a bid to protect the prestige of ipl, which attracts many of the world’s Top CRACCECETERS.
