Lara Dutta was afraid of Salman Khan on the set of ‘No Entry’, actress revealed after 20 years

It has been 20 years since ‘No Entry’ was released. The film released in theaters in 2005 entertained the audience a lot. The film achieved great success at the box office. Many artists including Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Isha Deol, Celina Jaitley and Boman Irani were in important roles.

My first step in comedy, I got the role that Bipasha later played. I remember that I told Anees Bazmee that Kajal’s character is one of my most different characters ever. I have to give myself a tough challenge to play the role of a very skeptical, badbi, Punjabi wife. Surprisingly, I fully adopted that character and I enjoyed it very much.

Lara Dutta wrote about Salman Khan- ‘I had not yet partner with Salman Khan, so his being on the set was a little scared … It seemed as if the superstar had come! But he was very calm, fun and attractive. Fardeen Khan was a new dimension in the case of comedy and it was amazing to see how comfortable it was for him.
