ICSI started the registration process of CS Executive and Professional December Session 2025, know

Indian Company Secretary Institute (ICSI) has started the registration process of December 2025 session of CS (Company Secretary) Executive and Professional Course. Recently, the result of June session was declared on 25 August, after which now eligible candidates can apply for the examination to be held in December. This opportunity is special for those students who are dreaming of becoming a company secretary and could not attend any reason in the June session.

Fill the application form online

Applications for CS December 2025 session can only be made through online medium. Candidates will have to fill the application form by visiting the official website of ICSI smash.Ictsi.edu. There is no system of offline application.

How long can you apply?

The last date to apply without late fees is 25 September 2025. At the same time, students who are unable to fill the form at the scheduled time for any reason, they can register till 10 October 2025 by paying late fees.

June session results released

ICSI declared the result of CS Executive and Professional June 2025 session on 25 August. Candidates can download their e-marksheet from the website of the institute. If a candidate has problems in downloading the marksheet, they can contact the institute on the email ID exom@icsi.edu.

Examination fee

• Executive Program (Executive Program) – Rs 1500 per group
• Professional Program (Professional Program) – Rs 1800 per group
• Late fee – Rs 250 for delay in application
• Center/Group/Medium/Subject Change Fee – Rs 250
• Group adding fee – Rs 250
• On taking exam from foreign exam center (Dubai) – US $ 100 (in Indian rupee)

Necessary guidelines

• Students have to fulfill some important conditions to appear in the examination.
• It is necessary to pass the online pre-exam test for both Executive and Professional Program.
• Students of the Executive Program registered before February 2025 will have to complete the One Day Orientation Program (ODOP).
• After February 2025, registered students will have to give only pre-exam tests.
