How is the job of CISF get a job in the Commando Unit? Know from salary to post

There is going to be more strong participation of women in the security of the country. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has launched its first women’s commando unit by creating history. Special training is being given to women soldiers who join this unit, so that they can deal with every situation from airports to sensitive establishments.

This special training is going on at the Regional Training Center (RTC) at Barwaha, Madhya Pradesh. Here women are being given an eight -week advance commando course. This course has been specially designed for women. Its aim is to confidently fulfill the responsibilities like Quick Response Team (QRT) and Special Task Force (STF).

In this training, emphasis is laid not only on physical ability, but also on mental strength. Women are taught fitness drills, weapons practice, rapping, hurdles and art of survival in the forest. Apart from this, they are trained to take the right decision immediately under difficult circumstances.

Where will the first deployment be?

After completing the training, women commandos will be first deployed at the country’s airports. After this, gradually they will be entrusted with responsibilities at Parliament House, Metro and other sensitive establishments.

Earlier this year, the Ministry of Home Affairs also approved the first Women Battalion of CISF. The battalion is getting ready near Delhi and its women personnel will be deployed at places like Parliament House, Indira Gandhi International Airport and Delhi Metro.

Salary and facilities

CISF women commandos also get the same pay scale and facilities that male soldiers get. Initially, according to his salary level-3 pay scale, about 25,500 rupees starts from basic, in which this amount reaches 30 to 40 thousand rupees by adding allowances, medical facilities and other allowances. According to experience, salary and posts increase.
