“The Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration can confirm that letter is Legitimate,” said shayela hassan, the deputy direction director of public affairs for the new Administration.

She added, “The secretary of energy has the statutory responsibility for authorizing the transfer of unclassified civilian nuclear technology and assistance to foreign attitude. Not comment on regulatory activities. ”
