Vacancy on bumper posts in Naval Dockyard, know who can apply?

There is good news for the youth dreaming of working in Naval Dockyard, Mumbai. The Indian Navy has recruited several posts of apprentice. The notification of this recruitment has recently been published in the employment newspaper of August 23 to 29. Candidates can apply online through the official website indiannavy.nic.in. The special thing is that the written examination of this recruitment will be held only in Mumbai and the date of the exam has been fixed in October 2025.

Who can apply?

In this recruitment, only those candidates who have studied ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in a trade related to a recognized institute. Along with this, it is necessary for the candidate to have 8th or 10th pass.

Age limit

The minimum age for apprenticeship training is 14 years. The good thing is that no limit of maximum age has been fixed. That is, even older candidates can apply if they have merit.

Salary

The salary will be given according to the Apprentice Act. That is, the selected candidates will get monthly stipend according to the rules fixed.

Selection process

The recruitment process for these posts will be completed in three stages. First stage written examination, second document verification and third medical examination. Only then will the candidates be selected.

Exam pattern

The written examination will be OMR based and will be of a total of 100 marks. Only objective type questions will be asked in this. In the examination, 35 marks of science, 35 marks of mathematics and 30 marks of general knowledge have been kept. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours. The good thing is that there will be no negative marking on giving wrong answers in it. The question paper will be available in both English and Hindi languages, so that all the candidates can easily understand.
