Kolkata: After Three Days of Undergraduate Admission through the State Common Admission Portal (CAP), Seven out of 10 Seats in Colleges Remaned Vacant What the Initial Deedline expeday. A Higher Education Department official indicated the deadline was extended by a day after receiving feedback about technical glitches. “First semester classes will start on Aug 29.
