Google has taken a big step for users safety. Actually, Google was giving permission to Android users to download the app from any source for a long time and that is making it different from Apple. However, now it is about to change. From next year, Google will implement a new change, after which users will not be able to download the apps of non -avoided developers. Let us know what information has been revealed about this so far.
Google will make this change
Google will now bring the developer verification program. After this, Google will verify every Android developer. Only after verification, they will get permission to install apps on certified Android devices. If no developer is involved in verification, then he will not be able to make apps for Google devices. Right now the company runs a verification program to list the app on the Play Store, but the third-party developers will also have to be verified. That is, Google will now also verify developers who make apps for Android devices on other sources other than Play Store. Without verification, they will not be able to offer their apps on Android devices.
These phones will affect
This decision of Google will apply to all phones in which pre-installed services. Phones coming without Google Services will be out of this realm. Google has said that an Android developers are also preparing a console for this program, where the developers will be able to get their verification done. Testing of this system will start from October, but Android console for developers will start in March next year. From September 2026, the program will start from Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand and by 2027 it will also be made live in the rest of the world countries.
