A 23-year-old electrician directed of Electrocution While Decorating Independence Day Arrangements at a Hotel in the City in the city, after allgeedly being forced for work with the safety priority.
The decision was identified as Prakash Lenka an Electrician who worked at Lemon Ride Hotel.
The case came to light following a complant lodged by the Victim’s Cousin Prakash Swain, Stating that the Hotel Management Had Instructed Lenka to Decorate Flowers Warnings about the risk of electrocution. “He warned the management that there was a risk of electric shock, but his concerns was ignored,” said the complaint.
While carrying out the work, lenka came into contact with an 11 kv live wire and collapsed after receiving a shock. He was rushed to a private hospital where the duty doctor declared Him dead on Arrival.
A case was booked and an investment is underway.
