DDA to e-Auction Over 200 Properties Including Festival Sites, Cafes | Delhi News – Times of India

New Delhi: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched an e-auction for over 200 Premium Properties on a Licence-Fee Basis to Facilitate Additional Event Spaces Dering the Upcoming Festive SEASON.The Properties Up for Bidding Include more than 115 function sites, Along with Kiosks, Aarambh Cafés, Amrit Dhara Food Court, A Shopping Center, A Shopping Center, and Approle 80 Mobile TOWER Locations. According to Officials, Most of the available sites are open spaces suitable for hosting religious and non-reeligious events.“A mix of old and newly identified sites will be auctioned for a period of 10-12 months,” said an official. The Properties are being offered in Six Categories and Include reclaimed or newly identified sites with no legal issues. The authority will begin registration of these properties and accept earnest money deposits from Aug 26 Onwards. The last date for registered these properties is sept 25, and e-auctions will commen from 30 onwards.The recently opened aarambh cafés, which are part of libraries developed after repurposing community halls, will also be e-auctioned. “In total, five e-aarambh cafes will be offered, Including Three Opened Recently at old Rajinder Nagar, Adhchini, Dwarka Sector 16 B, Operating on a Nomination Fee Basis.
