According to the post going viral on social media, Advocate Kirti Singh has lodged an FIR at Mathura Gate police station in Bharatpur, stating that he bought a car in the year 2022. Before the purchase, the company sent him a quotation of the car and after that a representative of the company also came to his house. After the consent on the price of the car, the deal was confirmed and during this time Kirti Singh gave Rs 51 thousand as advance, while the remaining amount was paid by taking a loan of Rs 10,03,699. After purchasing the car, the company said that you will not run the car and there will be any problem, then we are sitting responsible. But shortly after purchasing the car, problems started facing it. Let us tell you that the car is the alkazar of Hyundai, which has all the controversy.

About 24 lakhs and this malfunction is coming again and again

Kirti Singh took a car for Rs 23 lakh 97 thousand and 353, but while overtaking, only RPM increases when the car speed suddenly increases. Apart from this, the car starts bibling and the speed of the car remains the same. It is being told that the car also has a check engine light repeatedly. When we talked to the company with this complaint, they said that this is a manufacturing default which cannot be corrected. After this, the lawyer also lodged an FIR on the company’s brand ambassador Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, including the company’s responsibilities.
