A man was arrested by the UPPAL Police For Allegedly Abducting and Murdering a five-yar-old boy in kcr Nagar, Ramanthpur.
The accused, identified as Shams Qamar, Aged Around 19, A Native of Bihar, Worked at a Timber Depot AlongSide the Victim’s Father, said the UPPAL Police Inspector, K. BHASKAR.

Qamar has been bied under sections 137 (2) and 103 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Along with Sections 5 Read with 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, 2012.
