A 67-Year-old man, convicated of sexually assaulting a minor girl, was sentenced to double life imprisonment and slapped with a fin of ₹ 80,000. Avarachan, a Resident of Thottumkara in Pothanikkad, Anathukuzhi, was sent by the special protection of children from sexual offenses (POCSO) COURT AT MUVATUSHAHA.
The Crime Took Place in August 2022. The case was registered at the pothanikkad police station, and the investigation was consumed by a team Comprising Dysp Muhammad Riyaz, Inspather K. UNNIKRINANAN Sub-inspectors tk sudheer and kt sabu. Special Public Prosecutor Pr Jamuna appeared for the prosecution.
